Terms of use
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and TimeMastery for using timemastery.app and the installed app (“TimeMastery”). By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; what happens in your TimeMastery account is your responsibility.
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
- You can use TimeMastery without an account for a few days; that data stays in your browser only.
Your content
What you add (goals, entries, tasks, notes, photos, diary) stays yours. You let us store and show it to you so the app can work. Don’t upload anything illegal, anything that isn’t yours to share, or malware.
Fair use
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, or reach other people’s data.
- Don’t use automated tools to scrape or flood the service.
- Storage per account is limited (currently 50 MB of data and 500 MB of photos).
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Passes and payments
- Tasks, notes and the diary are free. Adding to Goals may need a trial or a paid pass, as shown in the app and on the website before you pay.
- A pass is a single payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews or charges you again.
- Prices are shown before you pay, in rupees (with GST) in India and in US dollars elsewhere.
- Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
The service
We work to keep TimeMastery running and your data safe, and we change and improve it over time. It is provided “as is”: we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, so download a backup now and then (Settings › Download backup). As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. If we ever shut TimeMastery down, we’ll tell you in advance so you can download your data.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we’ll tell you in the app about changes that matter. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India decide disputes.
